1400 SMOH O540 B4/B5 (“bulletproof”). Just had the prop and mags overhauled in March 2026 and a New 406 ELT October 2025.
Original paint, and interior in good condition. Pilot seat fabric worn, but other seats are in very good condition. Carpet will need to be replaced. Wheel pants need refurbishing. Fiberglass cowl and tip tanks repainted about three years ago.
Relatively new ADSB-in and ADSB-out (978UAT out only). Wiring installed to tail for future TailBeacon X ADSB-out. New Garmin GL40 Radio installed about 2015.Two other older radios (can receive on four frequencies at once). Little L-per and antenna for CASARA ELT homer would be removed before possession if airplane not sold to CASARA pilot.
Maintained by Artisan Aviation (Ian Baker) for at least the last 22 years. Useful load 1332 LBS (“my flying truck”). Great people hauler and cross country airplane.
