    Description

2009 Piper PA-46R-350T Matrix, N131T. 1,495.9 hours total time on the airframe and original factory engine, a September 2026 annual, and no accident or incident history. Engine: twin-turbocharged Lycoming TIO-540-AE2A with 429.6 hours since top overhaul. Upgraded six-point engine mount (the old four-point mount is included with the sale) and Reiff preheat. Panel: two-screen Avidyne Entegra, dual Avidyne IFD 440 WAAS navigators (LPV approaches), S-TEC 55X autopilot with yaw damper, Active Traffic, Garmin GTX 330ES ADS-B Out and a copilot iPad mount. Useful load: 1,349 lbs, with 629 lbs of payload at full fuel (120 gallons usable). Factory air conditioning and built-in oxygen. Original 2009 paint and interior, both rated 8/10. Based at Georgetown (KGTU), Texas. Specifications believed accurate but not guaranteed; times subject to logbook verification.
