    2,063 total time on a well-documented 1966 airframe with logbooks available to qualified buyers upon request. Annual completed June 2026. No damage history and no deferred maintenance. Lycoming O-360-A1D, 180 HP four-cylinder carbureted engine with approx. 430 hours SMOH against a 2,000-hour TBO, leaving ~1,570 hours remaining. Engine is fully broken in and running strong. Hartzell constant-speed prop has approx. 57 hours SMOH and is essentially new. Exhaust recently overhauled by AWI-AMI. Avionics include Garmin GTN 750 WAAS, GDL 88D ADS-B In/Out, GMA 35 audio panel, GI 106A indicator, and JPI FS-450 fuel flow monitor.
