Offered for sale is a 1998 Super Decathlon 8KCAB — a no-excuses, two-owner airplane that’s been professionally flown, well maintained, and always hangared. 1550 TT airframe/engine (time will increase as the aircraft is flown routinely). Complete, accurate logbooks with no damage history.
The aircraft just had an annual and is in strong mechanical condition with great compressions, clean borescope, and a history of frequent oil changes. Blackstone oil analysis trend has been excellent, with prior report noting: “Wear trends look great for this Lycoming… Just keep doing what you’re doing — it’s clearly working!”
Upgrading to an unlimited aerobatic airplane. May consider trade toward a Gamebird (or similar).
