I delivered this Aircraft to the One Owner in 9/16. NO Damage History. Always stored in Hangar. I have been involved with this Aircraft since the current owner Purchased this C-T206H. There are many Useful/Positive additions to the Cessna T206H. The TKS system install is one of the many Great additons. As well as the Reiff Engine Heater. Owner paid for a Top Overhaul last year at approx. 820 Hrs. The Engine is operating flawlessly with no issues. The Top over haul was ordered by owner because engine had a cylinder that was losing compression gradually. The MX Logs represent an Aircraft that has been Well cared for. The Current owner spared NO $$ when it came to any maintenance tasks to be accomplished. The Bed Mounted Engine Has a Huge Effect on Creating a Smooth Ride.
