This beautiful 1993 Mooney M20M shows extremely well and has benefited from significant owner investment. The aircraft was professionally painted in 2015 by Hawk Aircraft Painting and recently received a paint touch-up on the wing tip, keeping the exterior in excellent presentation condition. The interior is also in excellent condition and pairs perfectly with the aircraft’s highly upgraded Garmin/JPI avionics suite. The aircraft experienced a prior gear-up/gear-drop landing event; however, repairs were properly completed, including engine overhaul, propeller overhaul, and associated airframe repairs. The step assembly absorbed a significant portion of the contact, and the belly was not substantially affected. Engine ManufacturerThe aircraft is powered by a Lycoming TIO-540-AF1B turbocharged engine, currently showing approximately 130 hours since major overhaul. During the 08/01/2025 engine logbook entry, the engine recorded 117.1 TSMOH and 2,727.6 aircraft total time. The 2025 inspection was completed by ASG Aerospace LLC in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the Mooney M20M Maintenance Manual. ADs were checked through 2025-16 with no new or recurring ADs due at that time. Oil and filter were changed using 10 quarts of Aeroshell 100+ oil and a new AA48110-2 oil filter. The oil filter was cut open and inspected with no metal found, and an oil sample was sent to Blackstone Laboratories for analysis. Compression readings were excellent at 76/80, 78/80, 76/80, 78/80, 76/80, and 72/80. AD 2023-09-09 was complied with, the turbo/wastegate assembly and V-band clamps were inspected, and the engine was returned to service as airworthy. Clean, low-time, strong-running engine with excellent recent maintenance history.
