    This historic aircraft is confirmed as Royal Air Force serial number WG-459 of Chipmunk T.MK.10 with construction number C1-0509. The aircraft was built at the Broughton (Chester) factory and delivered to No. 3 Basic Flying Training School, the first R.A.F. unit to operate it, on the 9th of November 1951.
