Helicopter Experts, Inc. is processing Orders for the Robinson R88 Helicopter
Robinson R88 Helicopter. Up to 10 seats and fully configurable with Robinson energy absorbing seats. The most innovative helicopter in its Class. With Robinsons two bladed semi rigid and proven Rotor system this aircraft will utilize less hanger space and yet out-perform as a modern day Huey with the Safran Arriel 2W Engine; with up to a 1000 Shaft Horse Power output including a manufacturers 200 hour/5 Year overhaul period and Safran’s support by the hour maintenance program.
HIGHLIGHTS
1. Will be type certificated for single pilot IFR Flight Operations.
2. With a 2800 pound payload, this aircraft is expected to fly 3.5 Hours with up to (1800 pounds consisting of a two pilot crew and up to Eight passengers) with a full tank of fuel.
3. Sliding side doors for cabin access with a Fully configurable cabin allowing for club seating or effective air medical operations with a fold down rear truck-bed style door for easy loading and unloading.
4. Standard equipment includes a Garmin 4 axis autopilot including Level Mode, Hover Assist, Limit Cueing, Low/High Speed Protection and Low Altitude Monitoring.
5. Onboard Recorded Engine and system data and HUMS monitoring of critical components and real time track and balance data.
6. Dual hydraulic systems for control of critical pitch and roll attitudes.
7. Engine air inlet barrier filer.
8. FAR Part 29 approved impact resistant windshields.
9. Individual cyclic controls removable from either side allowing PIC operation from either the left or right side.
10. LED Exterior lighting of the Tail Rotor, Outside Scene Lighting, Entry Lights and equipped with pulsating landing and taxi lights for added safety.
11. Optional 3000 pound Cargo hook external load system.
12. Optional Wire Strike protection package.
13. Optional Utility Basket.
14. Optional Pop-Out Float System.
