    1976 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza located in Alta Sierra, CA (09CL) and always hangared. Well-cared-for airframe with 2,522 TT and a Continental IO-520.  McCauley prop has 151 hours since overhaul (2008). Aircraft features a classic Collins/King avionics suite including KFC 200 autopilot, ADS-B Out via uAvionix TailBeacon, and Mode C transponder. Paint presents very nicely (8/10) and interior is clean and comfortable.  Fresh annual completed June 2025, pitot/static July 2025, no known damage history, and complete logs since new.
