Western Skyways engines have a 3 year warranty- far better than Lycoming’s- ask for a copy. January McCreery/Cessna Service Center Annual Inspection, new uAvionics ADS-B out installation and a May IFR (91.411/91.413) certification w/ a new Aerosonic Encoding Altimeter. One family ownership since new, NDH, lived in the same Oregon hangar from new! Original paint, interior, glass and radios. 

No Damage, one family ownership history, complete logs, always hangared, never a trainer.
