History: The aircraft was involved in a rollover on August 23, 1984 at 1,026.6 hrs AFTT. The fuselage and tailboom were repaired by Helipro Corporation International (FAA Repair Station IPOR109L, WO# 1315), including a rebuilt upper cabin roof beam repaired under TC STC SH03-47 / FAA STC SR00071NY. All dynamic components and the engine came from a donor aircraft with full documentation, and the aircraft was completed in 2008. The repair work report is available on request.
