N700LC is an exceptional Cessna 421C. I am the high time Cessna 421 pilot of this airplane. I have flown many 421’s. Of all of them, this one is the most bulletproof. Hardly anything ever goes wrong with it, the engines consume less oil than any of the others. I can easily fly on a two or three hour trip and it will consume no oil whatsoever on both engines. The existing instruments work exceptionally well. The Autopilot on this airplane will fly you down to the 200 foot ceiling confidently. I would consider it an excellent working Autopilot. The air conditioner works nicely. The brakes and tires were just replaced. This Aircraft has always been hangared, even when we go on trips it will go in a transient hanger rather than be left out. If you are a familiar with RAM engines, you will love this Airplane because all of the maintenance is done by RAM and also by Jeff at Air impressions, which is by far the finest maintenance facility for twin Cessna’s in the nation. ( which is right next-door to Ram Aircraft ) If anything is slightly off with this Airplane, my boss tells me to take it to Jeff and his expert team expertly repairs anything on request. The owners have spared no expense on the maintenance on this Airplane. Whoever purchases this Airplane, will have an exceptionally nice Airplane.Spezifikation
