completion in MID-JUNE. BRAND NEW ROTORS AND LININGS, BRAND NEW SHOCK DISCS ON THE MAINS (NOSE DISCS TWO YEARS AGO). FLAP MICRO-SWITCH SB, NONE OF THESE ITEMS WERE AIRWORTHY ITEMS !!!!!!
This aircraft is remarkably clean (Very Much Like New) and VERY well cared for by the most proactive owner I have had the privilege to meet in many, MANY years. He is very particular about the aircraft and it shows!!! The paint has the deepest buttery feel that I have felt in decades !!! It is a MUST SEE.

DH: The previous owner to this current owner had an incident where the outboard left wing tip made contact with some airport signage and there was also some minor prop contact. The engine was sent for the normal tear-down inspection and the prop was replaced, see logbooks attached to this ad below.

BOTH TURBOCHARGERS, WASTE GATES, AND INTERCOOLERS WERE "PROACTIVLEY" SENT OUT FOR OVERHAUL IN JUNE 2023 AT 836TT. ONE CYLINDER WAS QUESTIONABLE AND CHANGED OUT AT THE SAME TIME.
TWO NEW CYLINDERS CURRENTLY BEING REPLACED AT THE MOONEY FACTORY SERVICE CENTER ANNAUL INSPECTION DUE TO SLIGHT DISCOLORATION OF THE EXAUST VALVES, ALL OTHER VALVES LOOKED GREAT. EXPECTED ANNUAL COMPLETION IN MID-JUNE 2026.
Meticulously cared for engine, Oil changes every 25 hours.
IN 2012 the Engine has had a tear-down inspection due to a minor prop to dirt contact, see logbooks attached below.
