Salus Aviation Appoints Executive General Manager - Americas

Greg Edmonds, CEO of Salus Aviation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rafael Graham in the role of Executive General Manager – Americas. This role will lead the Salus Aviation activities across the Americas from our base in Boulder City, Nevada, USA, which includes the Heli Parts Network team.

“The USA team is critical to the support we offer our global rotor and GA customers, and Rafael will be an effective leader to take the business forward. The Nevada-based business, along with our established facilities in New Zealand and South Africa are committed to providing outstanding MRO service and parts sales to our worldwide customers,” says Edmonds.

Graham has had an extensive career in Sales, Business Development and Operations in a variety of industries. He was the Operational Director of CHC Helicopters based in Houston responsible for their entire Mexico operations, was the FAA AOC Accountable Manager as well as having full profit centre responsibility for all helicopter leasing and contract operations. He has experience in MRO through his sales responsibilities with Heli One (a division of CHC) as well as his line management responsibilities for the CHC fleet. He has also held responsibility at CHC as a Global Account Manager.

Prior to joining CHC 8 years ago, Graham spent 6 years with Key Energy Services as Managing Director – International Business Development and Marketing. Prior to that, he had a long career (12 years) with Oil and Gas services company Halliburton where he provided leadership across the sales, business development and key account management areas.

Graham has a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. He and his family will move to Las Vegas to take up the role in mid-October.
